Idols contestant Cliff Jennings is actually an ad campaign formulated by Ogilvy Johannesburg, according to a headline story in this afternoon’s News24.com newsletter. The story was broken by a blogger, which is causing quite a furore among some loyal reality TV fans, who would have preferred to have been kept in the dark.
