[Beyond the Printed Word] SA representation at Ifra conference

Ifra’s digital publishing conference, Beyond the Printed Word, began yesterday in Dublin, Ireland, and concludes today. “Connecting with the digital consumer” is the motto of this 15th international conference, which is being attended by more than 400 new media experts from approximately 40 countries. South African representation includes Elan Lohmann, publisher of News24.com (joint chair); Matthew Buckland, GM of the Mail & Guardian Online (speaker), and Colin Daniels, digital business development manager at Johncom – who have all been blogging about their Irish trip.
