[No Comment] Biz gets some ‘mojo’

Having just returned from the United States and interacted with some of the best B2B media brands in the world, I can honestly say that our digital B2B media brands are up there with the best globally: innovative, engaging with consumers and early adopters of mobile media platforms. So I’m particularly proud to announce what we think is a world first for a B2B media brand: a partnership with Nokia to supply our Bizcommunity.com editorial team with N82 mobile phones to truly enable mobile journalism (‘mojos’) across our portals, including images and video. The Nokia N82 is the ideal broadcast tool with a five megapixel camera, powerful Xenon flash and fast camera activation, DVD-like quality video capture, high speed Wi-Fi connectivity and a one-click upload tool to online communities. We are also very excited to have uber-social media strategist and online activist, Vincent Maher, writing for us - his first column starts today. Now heading up social media at Vodacom, Vince is the guy behind some of the most innovative work online and new media thinking in recent years, as Mail & Guardian Online strategist and previously director of Rhodes University’s New Media Lab. Bookmark his column now to find out what you should and shouldn’t be doing online.

Enjoy!
